Returns Policy
We cannot accept returns of prescription products. All sales are final. If you believe there was an error with your prescription medication, please contact us at privacy@tkovitality.co, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Insurance-Backed GLP-1 Policy
- You may cancel your GLP-1 subscription at any time.
- If you are not deemed a candidate or are not approved for GLP-1 medication, your subscription will be cancelled, and we will work with you to explore alternative solutions.
- Please note: Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, and all sales are final.
Subscription Policy
- Subscriptions for hormone therapy, clomiphene, or enclomiphene can be cancelled at any time.
